Summary: Probaly collects only the information needed to provide our sports prediction service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

  • Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password.
  • Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. We do not store your full card number or payment details on our servers.
  • Affiliate information: If you join our affiliate program, we collect your referral code, payout preferences, and Stripe Connect account details for commission payouts.
  • Support messages: If you contact us via the support form, we collect your name, email, subject, and message content.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the app, such as which predictions you view and which features you use.
  • Device information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version to improve compatibility and diagnose issues.
  • Log data: Our servers automatically record standard log data including IP addresses and access timestamps for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Deliver AI-powered sports predictions personalized to your subscription level
  • Process subscription payments and manage premium access
  • Calculate and pay affiliate commissions

4. Third-Party Services

Probaly uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions on iOS and Android. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — processes subscription payments on mobile. Governed by Apple and Google privacy policies.
  • Stripe — used for affiliate payouts via Stripe Connect. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI — our AI predictions are generated using OpenAI's GPT-4o model. Match data is sent to OpenAI to generate predictions. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
  • The Odds API — we use this service to obtain real-time sports match data and odds. No personal user data is sent to this service.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Prediction history: Stored indefinitely to improve our service and for your reference.
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes.
  • Support messages: Retained for 2 years after resolution.
  • Server logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes.

6. Security

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage — we never store plain-text passwords
  • Database access is restricted to our application servers
  • Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers (RevenueCat, Stripe, Apple, Google)

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Probaly provides AI-generated sports predictions for entertainment purposes only. Our predictions are not financial or betting advice. We do not endorse, facilitate, or encourage gambling.

Users must be 18 or older (or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction) to engage in any sports betting activities. Probaly is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our predictions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
